Computed from RFP Attachment A

The Los Gatos classification plan, as the RFP describes it

Every chart on this page is generated from the Job Classification List published as Attachment A. This is the baseline we would validate at project initiation, and it already shapes our PDQ logistics, interview plan, family phasing, and labor-hour estimates.

Classifications by family

Family groupings are HSG title-structure analysis of the Attachment A list. The Town's own family definitions are confirmed at project initiation, and the RFP's phased family-by-family approach is built on exactly this view.

Classifications by employee group

Five groups: AFSCME, Confidential, Management, the Police Officers Association, and the Town Employees Association. Group boundaries matter for orientation sessions, meet-and-confer sequencing, and parallel-title equity checks.

Title-structure levels

Derived from title conventions (Trainee, Senior, Lead, Supervisor, Manager, Director). A first-pass lens on career ladders, and on where Objective C's career-pathway work will concentrate.

What Attachment A already tells us

Full classification list

Transcribed from Attachment A. Spec-status flags come from the list itself: two classifications have no published specification, one is in progress, and one is being folded into Division Manager. Attachment A also labels the Police Department both "Police" and "PD" on different rows, normalized here; small inconsistencies like that are precisely what a classification study retires.
